***REAL ID ACT*** For domestic air travel within the United States, the Real ID Act which will be in effect May 7, 2025, will require travelers to present a driver’s license or other form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).
***ACCURATE TRAVELER INFORMATION*** Please be aware that passenger names and “all identification information” must be identical to passport or government photo issued ID or passenger may be denied boarding. Air, cruise, and tour/package providers assume no responsibility for names that are given incorrectly, and you may incur fees for changes.
***IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS***
Domestic Travel: Adult passengers (18 and over) are required to show a valid U.S. federal or stateissued photo ID in order to fly domestically, within the United States.
International Travel: A U.S. or foreign passport is necessary for all passengers traveling internationally as both adults and children (including infants) must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Each passport must be current and contain a photograph of the passport holder. Please note that most countries require your passport to be valid for a minimum of six months from date of entry. Further, passport validity beyond your travel date varies by country, please visit www.travel.state.gov for requirements.
***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON NEW AIRPORT SECURITY*** Due to heightened security at airports, check in 2 hours prior for Domestic flights and 3 hours prior for International flights. Visit www.tsa.gov for the latest security policies.
***LUGGAGE*** Industry regulations require passenger’s name on all checked baggage. Identification tags are available at the airport. The fees for exceeding weight/size/quantity allowance on checked and/or carry-on luggage can be quite expensive. Contact your airline(s) for current information.
***RECONFIRMATION*** Flight schedules change frequently and without notice. Reconfirm your first flight, continuing flights, and return flights.
Reconfirm domestic flights 24 hours in advance and international flights 72 hours before departure. Reconfirmation is important to avoid inconveniences due to flight cancellations and to provide you with current flight schedules. Be sure to write down the name of the airline employee who confirms you.
***CHANGE OF PLANS*** If your plans change in route, you MUST contact the airline before the scheduled travel date and departure time. Some tickets issued on Promotional or Discounted fares may incur substantial penalties for changes or cancellation. Some tickets issued on Promotional or Discounted fares may lose their value if changes are made after the scheduled travel date for any segment. Some tickets issued on Promotional or Discounted fares are non-changeable.
***AIRLINE TICKET CANCELLATIONS*** If you do not plan to use your ticket, you need to contact the airline or your Travel Advisor to cancel your reservation before the scheduled departure for the ticket to have value for future use.
***INSURANCE*** We strongly encourage the purchase of trip insurance to cover you in case of:
• Trip cancellation or interruption penalties (due to illness of yourself, travel companions, or family members, weather)
• Default or Bankruptcy of Suppliers
• Baggage or personal possessions lost

***TOUR/CRUISE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION***
• Rates/fares are not guaranteed until your trip is paid in full.
• Taxes and fuel surcharges are always subject to change even after paid in full.
• Agency and supplier penalties will apply to changes and/or cancellations.
• A parent, grandparent, or legal guardian must accompany cruise passengers under the age of 21 years.
• Children traveling without both parents need a notarized letter of permission from the absent parent(s).
***HOTEL/CAR CONFIRMATIONS*** If you have confirmation numbers shown on your itinerary it means that positive responses have been received from.
Suppliers and that your reservations were definite. If the Supplier denies your confirmation, show your number and insist on equal or superior accommodations from the Supplier. Insist on your rights!
***CAR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*** Some car rental companies have minimum age requirements for drivers. Drivers under 21-25 years of age may be required to pay an additional premium. A valid driver’s license/international driver’s license and a major credit card in the renter’s name are required to rent or pick-up a car. All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the renter.
